Starting my career journey in customer service and working across a range of different industries, I never really found my niche area or a role that I could call home. That was until I ventured into the world of Talent Acquisition & Development at FSP. I joined in March 2022 after 5 years in social care recruitment.

During my time at FSP, I have found a real passion for people, employee engagement and working with others to find out what makes them happy.  FSP has helped me to realise my potential and has pushed me to do more than I ever thought was possible, and the encouragement and support I get from the team I work with is amazing.
