Culture, positivity and teamwork have always been an important part of my day to day; both personally and professionally. I thought finding a place that ticks all three boxes would be hard, but I found FSP.
I’ve always had a passion for technology and helping people, so when I started my first job in Business Change, I knew this was a career path that I wanted to learn more about and flourish in. I worked in a variety of consultancies where I expanded my knowledge more and more, but I wanted somewhere that culture shone through and where people were at the forefront of the business. It’s very easy for companies to promote their values but, after my first interview, I really knew that FSP meant it and it was an organisation that I wanted to be a part of.
Since starting with the Digital Change & Adoption team a year ago, I have pushed above and beyond what I thought were my limits, I’ve learned a lot from the people I work alongside and have had fun along the way – to me that’s what makes FSP a positive place to work where people can thrive. This hasn’t stopped with my team. The support that FSP has given me has been amazing. I have had the opportunity to develop professionally and have met some inspiring people along the way.
