I joined FSP back in January 2015. A friend of mine from university asked if I wanted to join this company he was working for based in the UK with a small office in Barcelona and only two employees at the time.

I have to say, I wasn’t sure then… it sounded risky, but I am glad I said yes. As our team was growing in Barcelona, we changed offices a few times in the first few years to accommodate us all. 

The small FSP family in BCN has grown a lot since then. I have always felt trusted and have been given a lot of opportunities. I started as a Software Developer, then became a Lead Developer and most recently, a Technical Architect and Team Lead in the Cloud Engineering Team. I have been able to work with different technologies, a range of clients, all alongside an amazing team and great leaders. 

I have grown professionally with FSP and over the past few years I have also started my own family. I have two kids and began working part time when I came back from maternity leave. FSP has always supported me, and I have always been given the flexibility I have needed.  

Working at FSP has the challenge and opportunities I want in a job, but also the culture and the values I was looking for.
