We are proud to launch the latest edition of the One FSP Playbook, an evolved and strengthened expression of who we are, how we work and what we stand for as a business.
Since its first release, the One FSP Playbook has become a cornerstone of our culture. More than a guide, it has created a shared language across the organisation, shaping how we show up for each other, our clients, and our wider community. This new edition reflects not only our original intent, but the lived experiences, insights and contributions of our people as FSP continues to grow.
The One FSP Playbook was born from our commitment to building a world-class, high-performing organisation founded on belonging, accountability and excellence. Its foundations were shaped through leadership sessions with Sir Clive Woodward and his team, following his powerful introduction of Winning Behaviours at FSP’s Unity event in 2023.
That initial work sparked a collaborative journey shaped by leadership insight, employee feedback and real-world experience, resulting in a living Playbook that clearly defines how we work together. This latest iteration builds on that foundation, bringing our purpose, values, performance drivers and Winning Behaviours into sharper focus as FSP continues to evolve.
As our CEO, Simon Grosse, shares in his opening message, the Playbook doesn’t just describe our culture, it codifies it.
This is One FSP, defined by purpose, driven by values and powered by our people.
