A major highlight of 2021 was our Unity event. It was the first time in over a year that everyone in the organisation could come together in-person! 

On the day, we were joined by the tremendous René Carayol MBE, who led a thought-provoking talk on inclusion and inclusive leadership. We also heard unique and awe-inspiring stories from our colleagues about what it means to work here. Hearing the positive impact that being a part of FSP has on our team, reminded us how truly special our culture is. 

At FSP, we are extremely proud of our human and inclusive working environment. As a collective, we are united by our values and always strive to create positive experiences for our colleagues, our customers, and our wider community. 

We look forward to Unity 2022 and more opportunities to connect and collaborate with our wonderful colleagues and customers, as we continue to grow rapidly and operate a hybrid working model.
